1. Overview and Scope
Flyza Travels LLC (operating as "Flymark," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital travel intermediary agency. We specialize in facilitating online and phone bookings for international and domestic airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and travel services across global destinations.
Because Flymark delivers digital travel credentials (e-tickets, hotel confirmation vouchers, and electronic itineraries), physical shipping is not required. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our global delivery processes, service turnaround times, passenger verification protocols, and global compliance standards.
2. Service Delivery & E-Ticket Fulfillment
Flight Reservations & E-Ticket Issuance
- Instant Processing Window: Upon successful payment authorization, booking requests are immediately transmitted to the respective airline or global distribution system (GDS) for ticketing.
- Delivery Timeframe: Electronic Tickets (E-Tickets) and official Passenger Name Records (PNR) are delivered via email within 1 to 24 hours of successful payment clearance.
- Booking Confirmation Email: Every customer receives an instant Booking Acknowledgment Email immediately after transaction submission, followed by a Ticket Confirmation Email containing the official 13-digit airline ticket number(s) and PNR code.
Hotel & Ground Transport Vouchers
- Voucher Delivery: Hotel reservation confirmation vouchers, transfer receipts, and travel vouchers are generated electronically and sent to your registered email address within 2 hours to 24 hours of booking confirmation.
- Presentation at Check-In: Travelers must present the electronic voucher (or a printed copy) along with a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
3. Global Fraud Prevention & Payment Verification
To protect travelers and prevent unauthorized card usage across international transactions, Flymark enforces strict payment security protocols:
- Credit Card Verification: For high-value bookings, last-minute departures (within 72 hours), or transactions involving third-party credit cards, Flymark reserves the right to request secondary verification.
- Verification Documents: Customers may be required to provide a signed Credit Card Authorization Form, a copy of a government-issued photo ID (Passport or Driver's License), and/or proof of billing address before e-ticket release.
- Fulfillment Delays: E-tickets will not be issued until payment verification is fully satisfied. Flymark is not liable for fare increases or inventory shifts occurring during verification holds.
4. International Travel Requirements & Customer Responsibilities
When booking travel across international borders, passengers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local entry, exit, transit, and health regulations.
Visas & Entry Authorizations
Passengers must hold valid entry visas, transit visas, or electronic travel authorizations (e.g., U.S. ESTA, Canada eTA, European ETIAS, UK ETA) required by destination or transit countries prior to departure.
Passports & Documents
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended return date for most international destinations. Passenger names entered during booking must match the passport name exactly.
Health & Vaccination Clearances
Travelers must comply with mandatory health protocols, entry declarations, or vaccination documentation required by local transit and destination authorities.
Flymark is not responsible for boarding denials, entry rejections, or financial losses caused by incomplete or invalid traveler documentation.
5. Multi-Currency Billing & Global Payment Processing
- Transaction Currency: All transactions on www.flymark.online are processed primarily in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly selected and displayed otherwise during checkout.
- International Card Charges: If you use a payment card issued outside the United States, your issuing bank may apply foreign exchange conversion rates or cross-border transaction fees. Flymark does not control or collect these extra bank charges.
- Payment Failure: If your card issuer declines a payment attempt due to fraud filters or cross-border restrictions, your reservation will remain unconfirmed and subject to immediate cancellation.
6. Failure of Delivery & Missing Confirmation
If you have completed a booking on www.flymark.online and have not received your e-ticket or confirmation voucher within 24 hours (or within 2 hours for travel departing within 48 hours):
- Check Spam/Junk Folders: Inspect your email junk, promotional, or spam folders for automated emails from support@flymark.online.
- Verify Booking Status: Contact our 24/7 global customer support team immediately with your booking reference number, primary passenger full name, and registered email address.
