1. Overview and Role of Flymark
Flyza Travels LLC (operating as "flymark.online," "we," "us," or "our") operates as an independent travel intermediation agency. We facilitate flight, hotel, and travel bookings through third-party travel suppliers (including airlines, consolidators, hotel operators, and tour vendors, collectively referred to as "Travel Suppliers").
All bookings made through Flymark are subject to two sets of rules:
- The Travel Supplier's Ticket Rules and Tariff Policies (which dictate whether a flight or hotel is refundable, changeable, or non-refundable).
- flymark.online’s Agency Administrative Terms and Processing Fees as outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policies
Flight Cancellations
-
24-Hour Free Cancellation Rule (US Flights): For eligible flight bookings originating in or departing from the United States booked at least 7 days prior to departure, passengers may cancel their reservation within 24 hours of booking without penalty, subject to specific airline policies and instant-ticketing terms.
- Standard Airline Cancellations: Cancellation requests made after any applicable 24-hour period are subject to the fare rules established by the airline. Many promotional, economy, or discounted tickets may be non-refundable under the airline’s policy.
- Airline Credits: If an airline permits cancellation but does not provide a cash refund, the remaining ticket value, less any applicable airline penalties, may be issued as a future travel credit. Any credit is subject to the airline’s validity period, transfer restrictions, and other conditions.
Hotel and Ground Transport Cancellations
Cancellation terms for hotels and ground transfers vary by property or provider. Applicable deadlines, such as a deadline before check-in, will be shown in the booking confirmation or voucher. Non-refundable promotional rates may not be eligible for cancellation or modification after confirmation.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may submit a request to get a refund only if you meet all of the following conditions:
- Booking Terms: Your booking permits you to cancel with a refund.
- Deadline Compliance: You followed the deadline for cancellation as outlined by the Travel Service Provider.
- Reservation Requirements: You meet all other requirements mentioned in your reservation.
In case you fail to meet any of these given conditions, it may result in the denial of your refund request.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
The timeline for processing a refund may differ post-submission of your request to the airline or Travel Supplier:
- Supplier Processing: Typically, airlines process refunds within 8 to 12 weeks. Due to case complexity, peak seasons, or airline backlogs, this time may extend further.
- Credit to Payment Method: Once the airline or Travel Supplier processes and releases the funds to us, the authorized refund will be credited back strictly to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank account) used for the initial booking. Refunds cannot be issued to alternative cards, third parties, or cash.
5. No Guarantees Disclaimer
Flymark.online acts solely as an independent travel agency and does not provide any guarantee or warranty regarding flight or hotel reservations, booking approvals, or refunds; the final determination and authorization for any refund rests entirely with the respective airline or Travel Supplier.
6. Agency Fees and Non-Refundable Charges
- Agency Service Fees: Administrative, processing, or agency service fees charged directly by Flymark for booking, cancellation, or modification assistance may be non-refundable, where this was disclosed and agreed to and where permitted by applicable law. Any mandatory legal right to a refund takes precedence over this provision.
- Unused Travel Portions: Refunds for partially used tickets, unused hotel nights, missed flights, or early check-outs depend on the applicable Travel Supplier’s rules. These amounts may be non-refundable, except where the supplier’s policy or applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Schedule Changes, Flight Cancellations & Force Majeure
- Supplier Schedule Changes: Travel Suppliers reserve the right to modify flight schedules, delay departures, or cancel flights due to operational reasons, weather, safety, or government restrictions. Flymark is not liable for costs associated with supplier-initiated schedule changes or flight cancellations.
- Alternative Flight Assistance: In the event of a major schedule change or flight cancellation by an airline, Flymark will assist passengers in securing alternative flight itineraries or submitting a refund request according to the airline's involuntary refund guidelines.
- Force Majeure Events: Flymark accepts no liability and will not issue refunds for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, public health emergencies, war, civil unrest, or government travel bans).
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By submitting a booking through Flymark, you agree to contact our customer support team first to resolve any billing issues or cancellation requests before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your credit card issuer.
In the event of an unauthorized or improper chargeback filed against a valid transaction that complies with supplier rules, Flymark reserves the right to cancel any remaining travel reservations associated with the account and seek recovery through legal or collection proceedings.
9. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation, flight change, or refund, please submit your request in writing or contact our customer support team with your booking reference number and full passenger details:
